• Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated.

• Attendees may be asked to leave the event for any behavior deemed inappropriate by event staff or security.

• Please be mindful of others when moving through event spaces, attending sessions, or enjoying performances.

• Participation in workshops, fitness sessions, or physical activities is voluntary and undertaken with full responsibility by the participant.

• Arizona weather can be very hot — please stay hydrated, wear sunscreen, and take breaks in shaded or indoor areas as needed.

• Medical and first aid assistance will be available on-site, but participants attend and engage in activities at their own risk.

• Respect all venue property, equipment, and displays. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.

• Children must be supervised at all times by a parent or guardian.

• Designated kids’ areas and activities are provided, but parents remain responsible for their children’s safety.

• Running, roughhousing, or unsafe play in public areas is not permitted.

• No firearms, weapons, or dangerous objects of any kind are allowed at the event.

• Illegal substances, alcohol brought from outside the venue, or smoking inside designated non-smoking areas are strictly prohibited.

• Pets are not permitted unless they are certified service animals.

• By attending, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.
